Shipping Policy

ORDER SHIPPING

  • Customer will receive order confirmation and tracking ID on email.
  • Orders received will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take excessive time during busy shopping season, sales event, strikes or natural disasters.
  • We will deliver to the home or office address provided by the customer while placing order.
  • Order cancellation takes place after three delivery attempts. A confirmation call is made to the customer before order cancelation.

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

  • Please carefully examine the external condition of the parcel upon delivery. Ensure that the seal is intact and there are no visible signs of damage.
  • In the event that the parcel appears damaged or the seal is broken, we kindly request you to reject the delivery. This helps us maintain our quality assurance standards.
  • To further assist us in resolving any issues, we encourage you to make an unpacking video of the parcel. This serves as valuable proof in case you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
  • If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please reach out to us on WhatsApp. We are here to assist you and address any concerns you may have.

 

ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

To streamline the process of order modification or cancellation, we kindly request you to submit your request via WhatsApp before confirming your order. Please note that once the order has been confirmed, any subsequent cancellation or modification requests cannot be processed.
